TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be a registered business and have an ABN number. If you have an online store, it must have its’ own website and SELLING ON ANY AUCTION SITE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

MINIMUM ORDER:

There is no minimum order. However there are minimum quantities when purchases products. You will need to purchase at least 3 of each design.

GST:

All prices are exclusive of GST and it will be added to the order when the invoice is made up.

FREIGHT:

We use Australia Post for deliveries and all are sent via Registered Post or Express Post. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

PAYMENT:

All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase or collection of your order. Goods cannot be shipped without full payment being received. Payment can be made via credit card over the telephone or by direct deposit (details available). If paying by direct deposit please keep in mind that items won’t be shipped until your payment has cleared, sometimes this can take a few days.

RETURNS:

All items are as photographed. If there is a problem, please call us as soon as you have checked your order and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.
